Adriana: Thanks. Hey this is a nice apartment.

Mary: Yeah, and it’s only $400 a month.

Adriana: Really? That’s not bad! How many rooms are there?

Mary: There are five. There’s a living room, a dining room, a kitchen, a bathroom and my bedroom.

Adriana: Is there a garage?

Mary: No, but there’s a small yard.

Adriana: That’s great!
